Engineered Representation, Inc. opened the doors for business in the spring of 1995. At that time, the agency consisted of the two founders, Randy Janicek and Herb Kober, and had a line portfolio of one manufacturer. Both Randy and Herb are experienced as journeyman electricians, and are graduates of Milwaukee School of Engineering in Electrical Engineering Technology. This strong technical background became the basis for ERI’s market focus.

Since then, ERI has grown to be one of the most respected electrical manufacturers’ representative in the Wisconsin/Upper Michigan territory.
